Eagle Wedding Venue: The Cottage at Riverbend

Your perfect Eagle Wedding Venue

Overview

Just a few minutes away from Eagle’s town center, The Cottage at Riverbend is a beautiful Spanish revival home built in the 1930’s and recently restored by The Boise Boys of HGTV. It has recently been transformed into a beautiful Eagle wedding venue. The venue’s grounds give you an intimate outdoor location, with gorgeous century old maple, elm, and spruce trees surrounding you, while still being centrally located in the Treasure Valley.

Features

The best feature about The Cottage, is you don’t have to worry about lodging or transportation for yourself for your wedding day. The Cottage and The Grounds are available to you for the entire weekend for up to 10 guests. With 3 bedrooms, you can host your loved ones, or bridal party the night before and kick them out for your wedding night. Or choose to keep the party going with them all weekend! This also helps eliminate the need to find another location for your rehearsal dinner, as you can invite everyone over to The Cottage the evening before your wedding day.

Along with the beautiful space, you have access to The Grounds, which includes 5 acres of lawn spaces, a large water feature, garden, orchard, flower beds, and century old trees. There is a lawn area behind the cottage with cafe-style string lights running overhead for your reception space. You don’t need to worry about getting rained out, because the space will include a 30×40 foot white vinyl pavilion tent with two crystal chandeliers, string lights, and patio heaters. The Cottage provides tables and chairs for up to 300 guests, 4 empty wine barrels for decor, 2 bathrooms inside and a porta-potty in the parking lot.

Pricing

May through September is the prime season for The Cottage at Riverbend. The weekend pricing for the prime season begins at $8400, while pricing begins at $6400 during the off season.

Other Considerations for this Eagle Wedding Venue

Although The Cottage at Riverbend does book year round, it’s important to remember this is an outdoor venue. Idaho winters can get pretty cold, so even with patio heaters and a tent it’s hard to predict how comfortable you and your guest will be for a winter wedding.

Besides The Cottage and The Grounds, the owners of the venue also own a glamping bunkhouse, a teepee and an enchanted meadow, contact them if you are interested in including one of these with the venue package!
